In the summer of 2008, RICHMOND ROOMIES began the early stages of development. This lengthy development phase included the implementation of a safe and secure central communications and processing network. Working closely with information technology specialists, as well as networking and communications analysts, RICHMOND ROOMIES entered full operational mode and online status in August 2008.

RICHMOND ROOMIES' parent company's principals, Grand Heritage Realty Referrals, LLC (GHRR, LLC), has been serving the Richmond community for over 15 years. Since 1985, GHRR, LLC has offered community service through real estate, retail and client support needs. GHRR, LLC has also been an active member in supporting not only the commercial needs of the Richmond community, but also the charitable needs as well, offering its support to organizations such as The Central Virginia Food Bank.

RICHMOND ROOMIES' agent members consists of well-trained and educated individuals with backgrounds in Business Administration, Private Investigations & Security, Real Estate, Information Technology and Client Support.

RICHMOND ROOMIES has also begun the early stages of its own ongoing affiliation with charitable organizations,  proudly supporting The Salvation Army's Rent Assistance Program. RICHMOND ROOMIES will be donating a portion of all proceeds to benefit the organization. In continuing efforts to offer community support, RICHMOND ROOMIES also has future developmental plans to further its charitable involvements.

RICHMOND ROOMIES' Headquarters are located in Richmond's Fan area located in downtown Richmond's Historical District.
